Assembled and ready to use set of tube preamplifier based on ECC82 and ECC88 tubes.

The system has a potentiometer and RCA (in / out) sockets, which immediately allows you to connect and check the pre in operation.

CAUTION

Due to the high voltages in the system, care should be taken when checking/using the system and when building the target preamplifier in a suitable enclosure. The construction is rather for experienced DIY enthusiasts. Building the target preamplifier requires knowledge of electronics and reading schematics.

The preamplifier has two amplification stages (LAMM topology)

• • first stage - ECC82 (triodes connected in parallel)
• • second stage - ECC88 - in SRPP configuration

The kit includes:

Power Supply:

• • full tube power supply, regulated: (230-270V) + 6C5 (6X5) + 6F3P (ECL82) tubes (tubes included)
• • 60VA toroidal transformer, 280V-0-280V + filament voltage

Preamplifier:

• • assembled preamplifier board (without tubes)
• • DALE resistors.
• • power supply filtering capacitors: Philips long life 100uF
• • Miflex/Siemens signal capacitors
• • gilded ceramic bases
• • potentiometer + RCA sockets

The PCB pre contains special soldering pins to which signal capacitors are soldered. This allows you to easily change the capacitors to other ones or their possible tests. The design has a huge potential for tuning and the final effect depends on the "sophistication" of the elements used: capacitors and tubes.
