CrowPanel 2.4" / 2.8" – Ready-to-Use TFT Screen for Home Assistant

This module is based on the CrowPanel 2.4" and 2.8" ESP32 HMI 320×240 TFT Touchscreen displays, fully pre-configured for seamless integration with Home Assistant.

As soon as it powers on, the screen is ready to display anything you want:

• Fully script-controlled text rendering from a provided Home Assistant script: text, color, font size, X/Y coordinates
• Touchscreen divided into 4 interactive zones, automatically updating a Home Assistant variable

These two functions—dynamic display and interactive touch—form the heart of the module: a single Home Assistant script line is enough to write on the screen or react to user input.

✅ Ultra-simple installation

To use the display (rendering + touch), simply:

• Connect the screen to WiFi

• Add the provided Home Assistant YAML input file, then restart Home Assistant

• Use the provided script to write text or handle touch input

No complex configuration required, you have nothing to do within ESPHOME !

Prerequisite:

You must know how to flash/upload an ESPHome firmware to an ESP32 module, no support is provided for basic ESPHome usage.

Everything else (screen layout, touch zones, HA scripts, multi-screen support, etc.) works exactly like the full version.
