Read More…ILDAWaveX16 is an open-source, maker-friendly laser DAC designed to bridge the gap between professional laser hardware and the DIY community. Traditional Laser DACs are often expensive, proprietary, or limited in flexibility, especially for people who want to start experiment with laser systems, build their own projectors, or interface with low-cost driver kits. The goal with this project was to create a board that provides the full ILDA DB25 output, optional connections for direct driver wiring, SD card playback, Wi-Fi control, and high-resolution analog output, all in a compact, affordable, hackable platform.
The firmware for this board is still under active development and may contain bugs, so please note that you're purchasing a hardware project, not a finished commercial product.
