The ParkLink EDF Blower is a powerful, handheld blower that converts your affordable Parkside 20V X20V Power tool battery into a versatile, high-airflow tool. This kit centers around a robust 50mm Electric Ducted Fan (EDF) controlled by a custom-designed board featuring an ATtiny85 microcontroller for smooth, variable speed control via the trigger. It's the perfect tool for quickly clearing sawdust from your workbench, cleaning out computer cases, or drying off 3D prints.

Why did you make it?

I created this blower to unlock another practical application for the popular and cost-effective Parkside 20V battery ecosystem. I wanted a cordless, powerful air source for my own lab that wasn't an expensive, proprietary tool. This project embodies the Sprig-Labs philosophy: building elegant, functional gadgets that solve everyday problems for makers and DIY enthusiasts.
