Shipping Policies

Most of the packages are sent the next business day in the morning CET time. Delivery time varies wildly, but typically it is 1-2 weeks within EU and 3-4 weeks outside EU due to delays in customs. If the package does not show up after 8 weeks, please reach out for a replacement or refund. As of the end of August, all shipments to the U.S. are temporarily on hold due to the new tariffs imposed by Trump. Shipments will resume as soon as the situation is resolved.

Amazing little versatile device

For Louder ESP32

Bought this to make my own version of phoniebox for my toddler, which at the same time is an open source alternative to toniebox. Very good hardware, shipping and documentation! Much better than any linux based amp, more versatile and cost effective. 100% recommended for any audio project you have in mind. I am powering it with 5V together with 4Ohm speakers, and it is more than sufficient for my 2yo, even too much!

For Mouse Whisperer

This mouse whisperer is obscure enough to not get flagged by corporate software designed to check if you're working. The circular motion is great to make the taskbar flip through open windows for the corporate screenshot check bots. Looks like your constantly working. The touch on/off is hit or miss with me. I never know where to touch it, and the doc's don't detail that feature.

Awesome device - I bought a second one for the kitchen

For Esparagus Echo

Really happy with this board as speaker and voice assistant. Its best feature is how perfectly it integrates into Home Assistant / Music Assistant – it just works with ESPHome. As a speaker, it's surprisingly loud for such a small device. Does the job well for voice commands and basic audio. It allowed me to retrofit my old speakers with streaming functions, awesome !

I did receive one with a defective board initially, but kudos to the seller! The replacement was handled super fast and conveniently. Great customer service experience.

Definitely recommended if you need a compact, loud-ish speaker that works seamlessly with Home Assistant.

Really good product and great vendor

For Louder ESP32

I have bought several of these little power horses to replace a proprietary multiroom audio installation I had before with Snapcast.
These work great and the vendor is really responsive.
Shipment was really fast, within a week I had the articles.

A purchase I am not regretting any penny in investment, both for supporting the amazing development work and supporting the open source ecosystem.
Big thumbs up for making this future-proof by also providing the hardware source files in case these modules are not available for off the shelf purchase in a distant future! Will of course buy here again if needed.
