This board is a kind of hub for up to 18 servomotors. Motors are directly powered from a dedicated connector and all 18 pins of signal are gathered into a single standard connector (2.54mm spacing). A led indicates if motors are powered or not.
I made this board to simplify servomotors connection to a microcontroller, bread board or other prototype board. I get the idea of this board when I started the development of an hexapod robot and observed how 18 servomotors can make a real mess. In addition, with many servomotors, you will need enough current. This is why I added a dedicated power supply connector.
This board can help you to organize your developements which requiere a lot of servomotors. It will allow you to easily control of up to 18 servomotors. Thanks to this board, your projects with multiple servomotors become more organized. It is now easier to keep a good cable organization, which helps to avoid hardware bugs and problems. It's a plug'n play solution and it can be re-used from a project to another one.
Note: with the option "kit" or "fully assembled", the connector of 2x9 dual lines is not provided to let you solder your prefered components according to your needs (header, plug or directly wires).
