What is it?

This is an Intel Realsense ZR300 depth camera. This is an older unit, but still fully functional and uses the Realsense SDK version 1. Perfect for a robotics project, 3D scanning, person-tracking, or even an art project!

This thing has four cameras (left and right IR cams, fisheye camera, and RGB color camera) and outputs up to 5 image streams (each camera, plus depth). The camera itself calculates the depth image on-board, so there's no processing required to generate the depth image on your computer, which is super nice. The IR Laser projector will project a field of dots that the stereo camera modules can see, which lets this sense depth in complete darkness (dots are not required for depth sensing).

This camera requires USB3 and will not operate on a USB2 port. Requires one USB 3 Micro B cable (not included).
