This is a set of 5 assorted 5mm diffused and tinted through-hole LEDs. Your standard LEDs, they're very handy for prototyping.
Includes 1 each of red, green, yellow, blue, and white. I test every single one to make sure you don't get any duds.
(Note on pictures: lit LEDs are notoriously difficult to photograph. The colors when they're lit are considerably more saturated than the picture shows; in particular the blue LED in this set is an intense deep blue, not whitish like it looks in the picture.)

20mA forward current. Forward Voltages:
Red, yellow: 2.2V
Blue, white, green: 3.4V
Don't forget to use a resistor! Search google for 'LED resistor calculator' if you're not sure how to figure out the right value. (You might want to use a higher resistance for the white LEDs, though, because they are quite bright.)
