Overview

This is a breakout board for the Osram LRTB-GFTM 6-pin, surface mount RGB LED. I'm a fan of this particular LED because it's small, inexpensive, quite bright for its size, nicely diffused, and produces very lovely, pure colors.

The breakout has integrated resistors on the bottom of the board so you don't have to worry about burning out the LEDs (as long as you're not using too much more than 5V). Very handy for providing a nice bright three-state status LED for breadboard prototypes.
