Simple RTL-00 breakout board with minimum components (RESET SW and Vdd capacitor)

Why did you make it?

RTL-00 surely has a same foot-print of ESP8266 module but the function and operation is quite different. I myself needed to have a RTL8710 specified (not for ESP8266) break out, so I made this one.
