What is it?

This is the revised version of my previous item It has a modified part (built-in LDO for more stable operation for supply voltage variation). This is a piezoelectric micro air blower driven by ultrasonic (26kHz) signal. It does flow the air and works as a "tiny air pump"

Why did you make it?

I am very happy to receive request for reproduction of "retired items in my tindie store". This is a revival item with some improvement. It is very interesting for me to check new devices. I hope this device can be used for

• Water Aeration

• Kinetic actuator

• Hovering item (tiny hover craft)

• Listening aid item for hearing-impaired person (notice by air flow?)

You may think, "why so expensive?".. The answer is "piezoelectric air blower(MZB1001T02) alone costs $13."

What makes it special?

• Very lightweight (no need to have motor!)

• Very small size (just 2cm square)

• No need for extra high voltage source, no need for an oscillator circuit. All you will need is 3.4V-5V DC power supply!

• NEW More stable operation for supply voltage variation.

I am not sure of your actual application, so the selling items are still separated by

• completed main board contains oscillator, voltage booster

• Piezoelectric microblower (muRata MZB1001T02)

• 2-pin connector for DC power supply

Please connect (solder) main board with piezoelectric element and also 2-pin connector if you need it.

Recommended power supply: Any voltage source from 3.4V (up to 5V for continuous operation, if short-time, up to 9V.) Current draw is around 200mA. Please prepare FET/BJT switch for MCU combined project.
