The initial "double decker" had some disadvantage of "non full pinout from ESP32". In most prototyping, the pinout with the previous version is enough but in some specific application, for example Amazon Alexa experiments, requires more pins than the original one. Now the revised "double decker" is born with full-pinout!!

Double layer structure. Once programming done, just upper layer provide standalone operation
17 mm x 50 mm size, suitable for breadboard experiment.
Full GPIO has a on-board terminal.
Lipo charger/controller enables charging battery and stand-alone operation.
By the sake of Espressif's support, already Arduino IDE compatible (of course also esp-idf).
