What is it?

Simple CPLD board, which enables Verilog-HDL or VHDL study. Now it is with 9500XL (3.3 V) CPLD with two choice 9536XL or 9572XL

Why did you make it?

Hardware Description Language is quite important to make whole system. Just ten years ago, "glue logic" are mainly made of 74 series but nowadays, direct hardware description is indispensable for cost and foot-print reduction. This board will guide you current logic circuit technology!

What makes it special?

Most of simplified CPLD learning board requires USBblaster or some writing equipment. This board is all in one, and just writing HDL source in Xlink ISE and producing .svf file and uploading by command-based uploader through USB interface is all the procedure. No extra expense! Details procedure is same as previous version, and it is written in my relevant hackaday project

This time you have a choice of 9536XL (36 macro cell) and 9572XL (72 macro cell).
