What is it?

Plug any NimbeLink Skywire modem into this development board, with a 2.1A (NimbeLink spec) voltage regulator, set to 3.9V output, and connect to any USB (>.5A recommended) and use your favorite terminal program to send AT commands to the modem (115,200 buad for most, see NL documentation). There is also an optional SHDN via, for VREG control.
