The Kenbak-1 is little-known, but still considered the first "personal" computer! This is a re-creation of the 1971 computer.

When I was working on the design of this kit, I contacted Bud Industries of Ohio, the maker of the case used in the original Kenbak-1 in 1971. The case was no longer produced, but the very helpful person with whom I spoke offered to send me the original engineering sketches for the case. Using those designs I had this 1:2 size case produced. It is made out of steel and aluminum and is very sturdy.
Not only does this exactly reproduce the operation of the original Kenbak-1 (thanks to the talents of designer Mark Wilson of New Zealand), it includes additional functionality, like a serial USB connection and a real-time clock.
You can use this as a smart looking Binary or BCD clock, and it will look great sitting on your desk!
