These modules are compatible with the RC2014 eco-system.
This kit consists of 4 modular PCBs (modules) when assembled makes a simple 8-bit computer. The kit is only provided as empty PCBs and does not contain parts or backplane. For a working system, an RC2014 compatible backplane is required to connect the modules together.
If you want to use a Z80 SIO/2 for serial connection instead, you find the empty PCB here. PCB a la carte
Both the CPU and the Serial modules can drive the bus clock.
The kit is easy to assemble, and do not require extensive soldering experience. Modules can be replaced and/or added to the system, making it a much more powerful computer. The parts for this build can be obtained cheaply from sellers like eBay, or for a reasonable price from a reputable electronic parts distributor.
