These modules are compatible with the RC2014 eco-system.
This kit consists of 3 modular PCBs (modules) when assembled makes a simple 8-bit computer. The kit is only provided as empty PCBs and does not contain parts or backplane. For a working system, an RC2014 compatible backplane is required to connect the modules together.
The modules are:
Both the CPU and the Serial modules can drive the bus clock.
The kit is easy to assemble, and do not require extensive soldering experience. A working kit has limited functionality, but modules can be replaced and/or added to the system, making it a much more powerful computer. The parts for this build can be obtained cheaply from sellers like eBay, or for a reasonable price from a reputable electronic parts distributor.
