What is it?

This is a simple two-layer PCB with lead-free HASL surface finish, that anyone can reproduce. The board allows you to adapt various SMD packages for use on a breadboard, including:

• SOT23-6

• TSSOP-8

• SOIC-8

• SOIC-14

• TSSOP-20

• SOIC-20

• QFP32 (0.8 mm pitch)

• QFP44 (0.8 mm pitch)

• QFP64 (0.8 mm pitch)

• QFP100 (0.5 mm pitch)

This board was originally designed for AVR microcontrollers, which is why these particular packages and pitches were chosen.

Why did you make it?

I had several situations where I wanted to quickly prototype or test a project, but couldn’t use SMD components like SOIC, TSSOP, or QFP on a breadboard. This board solves that problem by making them "breadboard-compatible".

What makes it special?

Before making this board, I searched for something similar, but I couldn’t find a design that included multiple package types on a single PCB — so I decided to create one myself.

Each kit also includes 100 male pin headers with a gold-flash finish for excellent solderability, plus 20 extra pins as spares.
