What is it?

Did you know you can remove the plastic aero covers from the 'Petal' wheels on the early Ford Mustang Mach-E SUVs?

The wheels look great without the covers, except one problem: There is an ugly, uncovered rusty axle nut in the center.

This adapter set allows you to transfer the center caps that come with the aero covers into the cover-less wheels. See the photos for a good idea of what this looks like.

These adapters come as a set of 4. They are printed from Nylon and have the same temperature resistance and strength properties of the center caps themselves.

Installation is simple:

1. Remove the factory aero covers. This requires removing the wheel. 1a. At this point, I highly recommend enlarging the holes in the aero cover to allow you to install and remove it without taking the lug nuts off.
2. Re-install the wheel and carefully thread the adapter onto the axle until it bottoms out snug in the center bore.
3. Remove the factory center cap from the aero cover and snap it into the adapter.

To remove the center cap and adapter from the wheel, remove the wheel and unscrew the adapter.
