What is it?

This is a tester for one-bit dynamic memories that allows testing memory cells using various methods. There are 4 different modes available (fast, ultra, normal, and refresh) that can be selected at will.

Why did you make it?

The testers for dynamic memories available both as schematics and as PCBs did not satisfy me as they were suitable only for a few types of memory and had only one testing mode (cell by cell).

What makes it special?

It can test 4k, 8k, 16k, 32k, 64k and 256k DRAM

This tester can test the RAM with 4 modes:

fast: cell by cell individually in sequence;

normal: writes all the content of the RAM then reads it back;

ultra: like normal but using the early read and write mode;

refresh: writes the entire content of the RAM, keeps the cells in dynamic refresh for 30 seconds, and then reads back the content.

it is powered at 5Vcc with an USB-C jack.
