Say goodbye to BECs (Battery Eliminator Circuits)! Our adapter board is designed to operate flawlessly across a broad voltage range, from 2V to 16V. This flexibility ensures compatibility with various power sources for your convenience. Our adapter board connects to the Raspberry Pi Zero 2 using pogo pins, making installation a breeze. Simply snap it into place and start exploring the possibilities. No soldering required! The compact design makes it ideal for drones, FPV setups, and other space-constrained applications.
The board uses an RTL8812AU network adapter and has two buck-boost converters for 3.3V and 5V up to 2A. It seamlessly works with the openHD project.
This board is connected to RPI's USB test points using pogo pings - no cables are needed. The pogo pins also touch RPI's UART pins, so you can flawlessly connect your telemetry.
The adapter board has a 6-pin adapter connector: +BATT, -BATT, TX, RX, P1, P2. It has two wires reserved for user customization (user can use P1 and P2 pads to connect output wires to RPI GPIO pins. For example: I2C lines).
Kit includes:
- 1x Raspberry pi zero RTL8812AU adapter board for OpenHD
- 1x JST XH2.54 6P connector with wires
- 4x Brass spacer
- 8x M3 screws
NOTE: Raspberry Pi is not included! Camera and antennas can be purchased separately. If you are planning to use this adapter board for high G applications - I highly recommend you solder pogo pins directly to the Raspberry Pi test points.
