What is it?

This is a 2 meter long strip of SK6812 RGBW (warm white) LEDs with a 144 per meter density. These are powered by 5V and driven by a single data line. These are very similar to WS2812, and are also known/sold as NeoPixels.

Connectors for input, output, and power are installed. This also includes a connector for connecting to your controller, and a power plug for feeding power to the 2.1mm x 5.5mm power jack.

The strips are sealed in flexible silicon tubes to protect against the elements, but can be easily removed and cut to any length. Solder tabs are between every LED.

What makes it special?

The SK6812 are a clone of the WS2812 LEDs, but have an additional LED die for white. The white element gives a much better full-spectrum light than just mixing RGB, and the warm-white temperature gives an inviting glow.
