ANT2KmA is a single output, buck-boost breadboard DC-DC power supply. This means it can have a higher or lower output compared to the input.

Why did you make it?

The versatility being able to power your breadboard project with almost any power source. ANT2KmA allows you to have 0 volt to 12 volts output from a 5V input.

• The input source is very important for higher power output. The output depend on the quality of the input.
• The Multi-Directional Switch (MDS) has 3 positions: Up, Down and OK buttons.
• The very top of the display is the status bar. It will display if:
  • ON-OFF - output status after pressing the Enable button
  • PG - power good - if within 97% of output
  • OC - over current - reached set current limit
  • OTW - over temperature warning - when its getting too hot
  • OTP - over temperature protection - will shut down the output to protect itself

- Set output voltage

• Slide the power switch to the ON position.
• The square bracket indicates the digit affected by the MDS up and down buttons.
• Use the MDS to change the set voltage.
• Press the OK button to move the square brackets over to the next right digit.
• The output voltage will update instantly. Every change will be saved and loaded on next power up.
• Press the Enable button to enable the output.
• The voltage (and current limit) can be updated when output is enabled or disenabled.
• PG will show up in the status line to indicate if the power is good.

- Set current limit

• Press and hold the OK button for 2 seconds and the square brackets will switch to Set I.
• The output will disenable once the Set I value is reached. OC is displaying in the status line.
• Change the current limit or check your circuit and press the Enable button to re-enable output
• Press and hold the OK button for 2 seconds to return up to Set V.
