The Simple VCO is a DIY friendly module, designed to be integrated into an analog synthesizer. It is compatible with the Eurorack format: 10-pin power supply connector and voltages (+12, 0 and -12V). The low part count and the easy-to-find components make the Simple VCO a perfect first module in a beginner synthesizer. The frequency, adjusted both with the potentiometers and with the voltages applied to the two CV input connectors, covers the entire audible frequencies.
The module is 4 HP wide.
The current PCB version is 0.2 (it's a prototype) but the circuit works perfectly. The next batch should show version 1.0 and should be identical. This is probably the final circuit version.
The Simple VCO is available either as a PCB, a PCB with its 4HP Front Panel, as a Kit or Fully Assembled.
The Front panel is made with 1.6mm thick PCB material. As such, the black color may present some inherent slight irregularities.
