What is it?

This PCB allows you to connect your devices like lights, gate, blinds, etc. to the internet and allow you to change their status (ON, OFF) using smart home devices like Alexa from amazon, google home, and many more.

Why did you make it?

I developed this IoT PCB to automate my home in a simple way using the ESP8266 and relays. This PCB is equipped with all the needed features to make automation easy.

How to use?

This ESP8266 doesn't come with any pre-flashed code, but if you have any or would like me to develop the code to work in your home, just let me know when you order. To use this board, I highly recommend using the Sinric pro service or Esphome with Home assistant since it's easy to start and works well with all smart home devices (Alexa, Google home), plus it has a mobile app.

How to flash my code?

To flask any code to the ESP, you will need some jumper wires and a USB-to-Serial converter.

• Connect the ground (GND) of the USB-to-Serial converter to the ground of the ESP8266.
• Connect the RX-pin of the USB-to-Serial converter to the TXD pin of the ESP8266. (On some boards, it's labeled TX instead of TXD, but it's the same pin.)
• Connect the TX-pin of the USB-to-Serial converter to the RDX pin of the ESP8266. (On some boards, it's labeled RX instead of RDX, but it's the same pin.)

Extra specs

Min Input voltage -> 7V

Recommended Input voltage - > 12V

Max Input voltage -> 18V

Note: You can also power the device with 5V using the 5V pin.

HeatSink and fan are recommended for voltage regulators.
