II. Shipping and Delivery

ChatRobotic will arrange shipping based on the order priority and inventory situation after receiving the full payment from the customer. The estimated shipping date will be informed to the customer in the order confirmation notice. After the product is shipped, ChatRobotic will provide logistics tracking information to the customer so that the customer can check the transportation status of the product at any time. In case of any damage or abnormality, the customer should promptly contact the logistics company and notify ChatRobotic.
