I have developed this power supply for people who have this rare console and own a 100-110v model, but live in countries with 230-240v power grid. It runs cool and is easy to install. This PSU will work with any 12v 3A adapter that is center-positive and uses standard 5.5 by 2.1 mm plug. IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE ADAPTERS OVER 16 VOLTS OR THE FUSE WILL BLOW.

I am offering 3 options:

*Basic option is the PSU itself + basic DC Jack. - 45 euros. (53 US dollars).

*For 5 euros extra (6 US dollars) you can have the Golden jack, which is fully metallic and is more sturdy.

*For 20 euros extra (24 US dollars) you can get the golden jack + genuine high quality power adapter (check examples in pictures).

I can also 3d print the plastic insert for the DC jack in either white or black colors. Let me know which one you would prefer.

Technical specs:

The original PSU can deliver 3A on 5v rail and 1A on 9v rail. The DC bucks I have installed here use TPS54560 IC, which can handle 5A max output on each rail. So it is rated for far higher load, therefore is safe to use. I have also installed a safety fuse.

Installation instruction:

-Remove the power switch and AC input plug from from the case and the original power supply, then plug two white wires into the switch. Wire order does not matter.

-For the DC jack , push the plastic shell into the empty slot where AC plug used to be. It will seem like it is very tight, but that is the point, apply some force so it will go in and stay there firmly. Connect the two white connectors to the PSU, and finally connect the flat cable. That's it.
