This is a brand new 5.25" floppy disk notcher made by The Apple2OnlineStore based on a design by Ivan Platonov, with the Apple II logo embossed on the base. The base is a deep red color and the handle is white. Being brand new, the cutter is sharp! Easy to use - just align the corner of the floppy disk to the inset on the base and make the cut!

Why pay as much or more for a 30 year old used unit when you can now have a brand new sharp unit! We use a better quality PLA PLUS filament, which is stronger and more durable, not plain PLA. (Our PLA Plus filament is a bit more expensive but we think its worth it!) Our single-piece design is superior to two-piece designs in that there are no pieces to pull apart while you are punching holes!

To all our customers: As a direct result of tariffs imposed by Trump, the cost of the hardware and filaments used has increased by as much as 50%, and regrettably we have had to increase the cost of our products. Also, USPS has raised their rate effective January 2026. We're having a difficult time in acquiring the hardware so when the stock from our latest run is out, we may not be able to manufacture any more.
