ESP32-C5-N4 module, equipped with a 32-bit RISC-V single core microprocessor, capable of up to 240 MHz，Flash: 4 MB，ROM: 320 KB，HP SRAM: 384 KB。 LP SRAM: 16KB。 WiFi can operate in the 2.4&5 GHz dual band, 1T1R. Low power Bluetooth (Bluetooth LE): via Bluetooth 5.0.

Features

1. The USB-C connector is used for power supply, programming, and JTAG debugging. The power socket can be equipped with an optional external power supply (4.5-40) V DC and four relays: 10A/240V AC;

2. Four optoelectronic isolated inputs, capable of providing up to 30VDC DC voltage. Two UEXT connectors (0.1 inch) and an expanded GPIO connector with reset button for users;

3. Wide range power supply: 4.5-40VDC suitable for ESP-PROG programming connector with four mounting holes and four rubber pads.
