Read More…This is a jtag adapter within a power supply or a power supply within a jtag adapter for breadboards.
Because having the power supply plus the programmer wires all over the prototype it's kinda annoying (or at least for me), so i decided to make this board to make things a little less messy, and as a plus it looks quite cool on the breadboard.
Besides it's main objective (that is programing the mcu using the jtag interface), it can be use it to program using another kind of interfaces like ICSP, ISP, SWD
If you probe supports the SPI memory write/read, the adapter has the pins to make it easy.
Two power options, through the programmer or using an external power source.
If you use the external power source you have two options to choose from, a micro usb plug or a dc barrel, both with a protection diode in case of reversing polarity.
