Wether you're just getting into PIC development or just working on your next great design, having a board to provide a quick start to your project can be a real time saver. This board was designed for use with 8 pin PICs, similar in pinout to the PIC12F629. It allows you to connect the IC easily to your own Microchip PicKit 3 programmer.
That's only the start though, this board also has a convenient prototyping area - perfect for small projects. The board is also compatible with the riser boards for its bigger relative, our 20 pin PIC development kit so you can stack up even more area for your prototyping needs.
