For Pico W Air - Wireless Air Quality Monitoring
Like a lot of people I've had a growing interested in environmental data monitoring. It's also been one of those projects that I've had decision paralysis on how to best go about it. As such, I quickly bought a Pico W Air when I saw it mentioned on Mastodon and so far it's been great!
I had some trouble accessing the JSON API after initial setup so I sent Andre a message and he replied super quickly and got me up and running with some debugging help and a code update. In the few days I've had it running now, I've already gathered some fascinating data about how the air quality in my house changes in relation to various events. Now I'm inspired and having a blast planning out additional sensors to add to it, a custom power solution and getting a dashboard running to view historical data.
The Pico W Air has been a great way to get started with monitoring air quality. This is one time where my indecisiveness on the project paid off and I'm considering getting one or two more for other areas of my house.
