What is it?
You need the microWakeupper board if you want to wakeup your ESP through an external event (e.g. a switch, button or PIR-sensor). Just let your ESP sleep until the microWakeupper wakes up your ESP asap a switch on the microWakeupper was toggled, e.g. a door was opened or a movement was detected.
Why did you make it?
With the microWakeupper and deep sleep mode, your project can run on battery much longer. Your ESP will only wakeup and consume current if the connected switch, button or PIR sensor was toggled/triggered.
What makes it special?
The microWakeupper is the plug and play solution if you want to add a button, switch or pir sensor to your project. The board supports two modes for normally open and normally closed switches. It also takes care about retriggering and button debouncing.

This is NO kit - the board comes fully assembled (see picture).
Looking forward to getting feedback from your awesome projects! (@tstoegi ;-)
