While this might look like an Instagram filter lens at first, it's actually a one of a kind tool that helps bring color out of photos that would otherwise look quite bland. It works on certain reflective surfaces and part of the fun is pointing my camera at almost anything to see if it has any effect. When I do find the right surface, I can then start rotating the filter to adjust the hue type. In some instances it can adjust the reflective light to the point of masking off the reflected light almost completely! What's important is the psychedelic effect can be either subtle or more intense depending on the angle you're looking at reflective surfaces. It's basically a really fun device that encourages exploration and at times it feels like operating a kaleidoscope for adults. I'd recommend buying one on the simple basis that it's fun and the fact that as of this writing, there's nothing else like it in the photography market.
Really a neat set of filters. You do have to be careful with them, as instructed, because they're comparably fragile compared to glass but they effect they produce is very, very dramatic when you get them setup correctly for your shots. These work best in bright light of course, where you have a lot of white light being reflected. A really neat product.
