1) Q: How can I contact the store?

2) Q: How long does it take to receive my item?
A: We hand make everything to order, so it takes us about 5-6 business days to 3D print, assemble, package, and ship them after placing your order. Once shipped, it's USPS First Class Mail 1-3 business day shipping with tracking included for US orders.
3) Q: When will you be in stock again?
A: We are restocking on a weekly basis now, every Sunday around noon CT! Please join our Facebook group for advanced restocking notifications: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1728214217429936/
4) Q: Are you shipping internationally?
A: At the moment we are only shipping in the USA, but please contact us at Support@gearsngizmos.com and we will let you know if/when that changes!
5) Q: What if I have an error at checkout, did my order go through?
A: When ordering on Tindie, please don't hit the refresh button if there's an error at checkout. Just email us at Support@gearsngizmos.com if you don't get any payment confirmation within an hour and we'll respond shortly!
6) Q: A color I want is not available.
A: If you don't see a color you want, send us an email to Support@gearsngizmos.com
7) Q: Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
A: Yes, once shipped, you will get an email with a tracking number from Tindie to track your package via USPS.
8) Q: I broke my product, what do I do now?
A: We do not have a warranty on parts, but please contact us at Support@gearsngizmos.com and we will try our best to help you!
9) Q: What is your return/exchange/cancellation policy:
A: We accept cancellations and returns.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within: 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back to us within: 30 days of purchase.
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Shipping cost to return the item is the responsibility of the buyer and refund of the purchase price (minus original shipping and handling charges) will be made promptly once the item has been received by us in the original condition it was received by the buyer. Any damage/modifications to the item(s) caused by the buyer will result in the value of said damage subtracted from the refund. However, if the item arrives broken, a full refund or replacement will be promptly made if you send us your name, order number, and a photo to email@example.com within 14 days of delivery.
We don't accept exchanges.
