Found this while surfing the net by accident and liked the screw terminals immediately. Ordered it, was delivered in a few days, and was installed and up running within 2 hours on a new China system with a proprietary board that was running GRBL. Took a shot in the dark and it all worked out fine. No complaints from this customer. And will buy a couple of more for spares or new projects.
Just swapped over from Marlin to GRBL for an MPCNC that I just built. Setting this up and getting it to run literally only took minutes. Couldn't be happier since I am running dual X and Y axis. Definitely the best option I have come across if you want to run a Mega2560 with GRBL-Mega.
Received the board went to plug in the Arduino mega and found pins from the shield touching the USB housing of the arduino shortened the shield pins and added thin sheet of plastic to top of USB housing then board works as it should. Contacted vendor/marketplace about problem and was told they are only a marketplace and offer no support. Will be sure to not order any more products from them. Not worth my time to get run around. If you are going to offer products for sale you need to offer 100% support not take the money and run.

Thank you for letting me know about an issue with your Arduino Mega - out of dozens of shields sold, this is the first time I have received feedback on this issue. I am looking into methods to prevent this in the future whether it is to source new headers or trim and insulate the existing ones.
I feel like most of the frustration in this review is directed at Tindie and their processes rather than my product. My direct email address (and phone number, if it comes to that) are on the receipt included in the package as well as on my website (in addition to the ability to contact me through Tindie messages) and I would have worked with you to resolve the issue had I been given a chance to do so before a negative review was posted.
