Hi there! I'm Dustin Watts, born in 1981 in The Netherlands where I still live. I'm a professional Audio Engineer and an electronics enthusiast. I've been inspired by makers on Youtube for years and decided to start my own Youtube channel. After that I also started developing PCBs.

Some of my designs got very well received in maker community so I decided to sell some of my designs and projects. So I am now a seller on Tindie :)

ESP32 TouchDown never arrived

For ESP32 TouchDown

I purchased an ESP32 Touchdown through Tindie from Dustin Watts. Despite numerous attempts to communicate, the product never arrived. There was a promise to resend it, along with a tracking number that was never received. I'm deeply disappointed and seek a refund for the purchase.

Beware of this vendor. No Product, No service

For ESP32 TouchDown

Wow, this vendor just does not give a damn about his customers. After days of waiting for NL post to receive the order, I contacted Dustin. He told me he thought he knew what the problem was and now 2 weeks later, he will not even respond to my several update requests and the order has still not been shipped.

Exactly what I expected

For ESP32 TouchDown

Fantastic product, very well put together and working flawlessly. Shipping was way faster than anticipated. I have only received it today, so I cannot speak for every single feature, but paired with a "non-official" firmware (openHASP) it does exactly what I wanted it to do!
You do need to tinker a bit to get it to where you want it to be, but thats also the beauty of it! Absolute recommendation :-)

Great product very well made and well presented with good speedy delivery and excellent packaging.
This is the 2nd Touchdown I've purchased - a fantastic base for all sorts of ESP32 projects. I'm going to be making a retro games console with this one :)

From the presentation (closed box, super protected for shipping), to the product itself which is very high quality, it is a great product.
Documentation seems great so far. The communication with the seller is 15/10. Since I live in Argentina and the regular shipping could get lost, the seller went off his way to get me a shipping with tracking and didn't even ask to get reimbursed for this. Awesome product and creator!
