Arduinos have been an amazing addition to the hobby community. Simple Arduinos can do a bunch, but when combined with a keyboard, memory, display, and radio transceiver, the sky is the limit. That is exactly what you get with this bundle. The SMART Response is an amazing device that can be programmed with Arduino using the library that gives you access to the screen, keyboard, etc. Then you have a portable, rugged device to take with you. The seller shipped this immediately and it came in great condition. As a note, I have a AVRISP II for programming and the connector is mirrored from the connector on the programming adapter. I just had to remove the header and mount it on the other side and it worked great.
