Bought two and once arrived (shipping was reasonable from Sri Lanka to Canada) had them up and running in minutes. Need to download an Arduino core from the maker's website however I have no doubt that it would work fine on MightyCore (with some differences in pin numbering). Looks to be well hand soldered. Have been using them for 1284 development when working with custom boards as it is much nicer to program via USB than pulling out the AVR programmer. And the form factor is similar to the BluePill enough that I can modify my BluePill based projects to use a more library friendly 1284p instead with these boards.
Stay away from this seller. Ordered on Nov. 9, 2019. paid for express shipping, on the Nov 18 I got a Tindie shipping notification with a nonfunctional tracking link. On Nov 29 I contact support about the missing package and they copy Chathura Dhananjaya Yapa Bandara Founder & CEO at Aptinex (Pvt) Ltdon the request, on Dec 6 I inquire again to the Tindie, nothing until Dec 9 when I ask for a refund and suddenly, within 10 minutes he replies "The package is on the way to you and will be at your premises within few days..", I asked for a shipping number, but after several inquiries on the 9th and 10th. He finally replies on the 12th with a shipping number which showed the package was just shipped the 12th. Package arrived and everything is as in per description. got a refund for the express shipping since this has taken forever. Too bad since there's some nice stuff in this shop.

Excellent development solution for a somewhat neglected MCU
The Atmega1284 hasn't had the notice that the 328 or 2560 have. The Lakduino Dwee is indeed a "Pro" grade development board. It's design provides full and logical access to all the capability of 1284. Like the Arduino Pro Mini, the Dwee sports on-board USB-TTL functionality. The build quality is good and there were no surprises on first power-up. There are other 1284 boards but they are either DIY (not necessarily a bad thing) or try to mimic other ATmega boards. The size of the MCU chip means that this a wider board with 0.9" pins spacing. Finally, the PCB labeling appearance make it a unique board.
