256 WS2812B LEDs arranged in a beautiful parabolic Spiral.
You get the assembled board, 2 sets of right-angle 3-pin headers, and a personal, hand-written thank you note.
Note that you'll need some Microcontroller to control these LEDs. They are compatible with the Arduino Uno, Arduino Nano, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, and many others.

Note: Running the LEDs at maximum brightness for long time (more than a few minutes) will cause the board to heat up and can damage the LEDs. It's recommended to keep the average current at 1.5A at most.
Inspired by Jason Coon's exciting Fibonacci256, I decided to challenge myself and create my own Fermat Spiral LED disk.
I created a pair of Python scripts to automate the schematic creation and the PCB layout, as well as some of the routing. The scripts as well as the board design files are available for free on GitHub.
