This is a clone of the popular "sun jars", but this one only turns on when it is flipped upside down. As a bonus, it uses a special circuit that allows LEDs to run on "dead" batteries (down to 0.8v). AA and AAA batteries are supported. You can technically use both batteries simultaneously, but it may be less efficient overall, so one at a time is plenty.
Each order is typically printed on-demand with a turn around time of 1-2 business days. If there is a problem with my printer that may cause downtime, I will reduce stock to zero so that you can join the waiting list. All models are printed at 0.28mm layer height on my DIY Prusa i3.
THIS LISTING IS FOR THE "PUCK" ONLY - The "puck" is the core of the product that houses the electronics and lights. You simply drop it into the top of a wide mouth mason jar, and it should hold in the neck of the jar. If it does not hold, put a rubber band around it (horizontally) and it will act as a stopper. If you would like the puck with the mason jar, see this listing.
Different LED combinations are possible, but mixing and matching some colors is not very effective if their forward voltage drops are too dissimilar. Colors such as red, yellow, and green just don't show well at all, so they have been omitted.
If you would like to see a color combination not listed here, just send me a message, and I will do my best to accommodate.
