Custom Gate Drive Transformer - Low leakage inductance, configurable options available

Custom gate drive transformers wound on 3 sizes of toroids for small, medium, and large IGBT / MOSFET switching. Transformers are wound with one multi-wire primary coil input and four secondary coil outputs. If the GDT is intended for use with a half bridge, the extra secondary wires can be left unattached or phased in parallel. All transformers are wound using braided 24AWG wire. Large option uses CAT6 cable. For high voltage bridges or systems under continuous operaiton, it may be advisable to coat the GDTs in epoxy or polyurethane for long term operation to avoid insulator breakdown.

2 wire primary for good current capacity (4 wire for large)

Small - 12T:
1. Works great for TO-247 topologies such as with the Full bridge Bus V2 in my store or other lower gate currents
2. Core size = 0.6" OD, 1" ID, 0.5" WD

Medium - 12T:
1. Works great for small bricks (Mini Bricks and SMK100 size), Multi-Parallel TO-247 bridges, and heavier gate currents
2. Core size = 1.4" OD, 0.9" OD, 0.6" WD
3. Material = N87
Large - 12T:
1. Works great for large bricks like the CM300 and other gates requiring high load currents
2. Core size = 2.4" OD, 1.4" ID, 0.5" WD
3. Material = N77
