This pcb was fabricated by taiwanese company in taiwan. Their source is www.ltc.com.tw

What makes it special?

This PCB uses transistor to transistor logic (TTL) in a very clever manner to produce a very elegant LEDs flashing display for arraignment lights, This PCB is very interesting if you want to know more in depth knowledge about transistor to transistor logic (TTL) and how to design your own DIY PCB.
