A simple GPS breakout board that saves you from soldering hidden LGA pins of the SierraWireless XM1110 module and offers you connecting an external GPS antenna. When developing the frequency standard, I was always a bit bugged with finding a proper location for the GPS modules with build-in antennas to get good reception and stable second pulses. There we go, this board helps me set up a quick PPS and NMEA source for any kind of experiment. A proper GPS antenna with 3 meter cable and SMB plug is INCLUDED!
The module contains the newest fast, sensitive and low power consumption chip set Mediatek MT3333.
This receiver is WAY BETTER that all the cheap Ali $6 GPS receivers. You can even retrieve your position inside buildings if you are near a window. It is incredible fast in position fixing and only needs 23mA when in full power tracking mode!
