This open-source test jig allows for the easy power profiling under operating conditions for a circuit. Multimeters can be connected to measure voltage and current. The multimeter test points accepts 2mm test probes. The board accepts JST-PH type battery connector OR another type of battery connector e.g a 9V snap-type connector. Please see the images for details on how to connect and use the board.
The board contains 1 oz, 16 mil traces throughout.
After completing a recent project, I wanted an easy way to measure current and voltage that my project was consuming. Unfortunately, this required that wires be cut, and alligator clips be used. This board provides a stable platform to connect your test hardware.
NOTE: Please study the diagrams carefully on the polarity of the connections, before powering your circuit. We are not responsible for damage to your circuit due to incorrect/reversed connections.
There is a small mis-print on the silkscreen on the load side polarity. A note will be included in the package with information.
