Want to add a quick and easy hall effect sensor to your next project? This Texas Instruments Digital switch DRV5023-Q1 hall effect sensor would be perfect! It has a small form factor with a built in pull-up resistor. The OUT pin is pulled low when a magnetic field is applied to the sensor. Please check out the Youtube video for a typical door sensor application using an Arduino. The sensing possibilities are endless!
