New Hardware - Use original NES, SNES, Genesis, and now also Nintendo 64 (N64) controllers via USB-C (via Arduino Pro Micro) for authentic Classic Gaming with original controllers! Firmware versions available to be compatible with Nintendo Switch, Raspberry Pi / Retro Pi, MiSTer, and PC/Mac based systems. Play your Nintendo Switch Online emulators with NES, SNES, N64, and Genesis games using original controllers!
All 4dapter software and PCB files are open source and available on GitHub. You can switch firmware version on your unit by loading new code via the Arduino IDE using the built-in reset button.
MiSTer Important Information: For maximum compatibly, install the MiSTer controller Map file found in the MiSTer Maps Folder to your
/media/fat/config/inputs directory on your MiSTer SD card and reboot your MiSTer. After doing this, you'll need to map the N64 controller in the N64 core for all buttons to work. The SNES / Genesis / NES cores will already be properly configured via the Map file.
