TF-G1 rotor blades - multilayer wood-composite autogyro rotor blades

TF-G1 rotor blades are multilayer wood-composite autogyro rotor blades. Each blade is carefully CNC machined in tandem with the second rotor blade to maintain the precise balance of each rotor pair. The blade construction is based on a wood-fiber-wood sandwich. All composite layers are glued in a vacuum to eliminate the presence of bubbles. The internal stringer core is dimensioned to a maximum load capacity of 4kN centrifugal force corresponding to 1500 RPM. Rotor blades have a delta-3 rotor head mount.
