This is a custom slim-line 5v carrier board for the Flipper Zero.

Please see photos to see the difference between the "Righty" and "Lefty" versions of the board!

All Surface-Mount components and headers come pre-soldered!

There is an option for unsoldered headers so you can make it even slimmer if you'd like!

The board includes an 8-pin hot-swap header so you can switch out your CC1101 modules as you see fit. No Soldering required!

I designed this board to allow for the attachment of an external CC1101 chip to your Flipper Zero.

Why would I want to do that? Doesn't the Flipper Zero come with a CC1101 internally?

Yes, however the chip internally does not have as much range, nor does it have the ability to add an external antenna (unless you want to modify your case). This board, along with custom firmware such as the DarkFlippers Unleashed-Firmware, will allow you to get better range on the SubGHz functionality of the Flipper Zero (and reduce risk of damaging your on-board CC1101 chip if you are experimenting with extended band support)

Why did you create a "lefty" version?

The "Lefty" version was meant to be a prototype / testing board with easy access to components underneath the module. After sharing photos of the original "lefty" board, I received a ton of positive feedback that the module pointing to the "right" was actually preferred so I ordered more of my "prototype" build and have called them "lefty boards"

I created this board to satisfy the need to have a small, slim-line and "solderless" option available.
