The Sanguino is an Arduino-compatible development board designed by Zach Hoeken at the RepRap Research Foundation. Developed to control open source 3D printers, it has gained widespread use in robotics and hardware hacking.
Think of Sanguino as the Uno's big brother. The Atmega644P microcontroller has twice as much flash memory as the standard Arduino chip, 2 hardware UART ports instead of 1, and many more I/O pins for interfacing sensors and outputs. Parallel headers break out the pins in a breadboard-friendly manner. No wonder it's a proven hit with makers and creative types.
The sale item is one unpopulated Printed Circuit Board with green solder mask and HASL finish.
